Working.... what a boring word for some but not for a first timer like me. Work means different for me if they say its BORING not for me for me work is Fun, Exciting, and above all enjoyable.
Do you have a lot of experiences in your life----working experiences? An experience is really important in our lives specially when it's really worthwhile it's because it will leave you a memory- nice and worth that you may share in your loved ones. I know for sure that we have a lot of experiences just like me.
As a fresh graduate I can tell that I've got a lot of experiences in my college years. A very nice, memorable and of course a very worthy experience. Now, that I'm already facing the real world which I know that I should really face it, I can tell that I'm not that ready and I have to be ready because this is really is it and I can't change the fact that I'm now facing the real world.
Now, that I'm already an employee in a prestigious pioneer company - a outbound call center I can tell that I'm absolutely facing the real world now because I have this job which I must always think that I'm no longer in school or I'm no longer a student that all I've got to do is to study all the lessons that bhh teacher had taught me because in a job you have to have that “diskarte” on what you're going to do to improve your work. And you also have to prove yourself that you can do something worthy that's related with your work itself. I, personally who has this first time job ever is really thankful because through this kind of job I've learned to adjust things properly and learned more to mingle a lot of people with different personalities that I honestly encountered. But, of course I have to face it in order to survive as well as enjoy on what I have right now. I admit that there were and there are a lot of adjustments to be made a lot of struggles but I have no regrets for these. You know why? Because through these adjustments I became who I am right now someone who can be more patient more practical and I have learned the most important lesson being a first time working lady that that is to know my purpose. The purpose of working and that is to be part of a company with a heart.
